What do I need to know


How many times a week should I attend?

In order to get the most out of your Pilates sessions it is recommended that you attend between 2-3 times per week.  If you are attending 3+ times a week you will start to see results quicker and notice a significant change in your body and overall wellbeing.

What should I wear/bring?

Comfortable clothes that you can move easily in – your regular gym gear is perfect! Bring clean socks and a towel also. You may like to bring a water bottle. 

Can I do Pilates if I'm pregnant?

Absolutely!!  As we offer Private and Semi-Private sessions we are able to adapt to the changing needs of your body throughout each stage of your pregnancy and can tailor the session to your needs and how you feel on the day.

Can I attend if I have an injury?

Yes! Pilates is used to help with rehabilitation. We will conduct a movement assessment to analyse your needs and develop an appropriate program.

Do you offer corporate/private group bookings?

Absolutely! Send us an email with your requirements and we’ll be able to let you know what times we have available. Cost depends on the size and duration of the booking.  Please email or call for more information.
