What do I need to know

 

How do I prepare for my first class? 

Welcome! We’re so excited to have you join us. For your first class:

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear.

  • Grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene (available for purchase at the studio if you need).

  • Bring a water bottle, and arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can help you settle in.

  • Most importantly—come with an open mind and ready to move!

 

I’m a beginner—can I join any class?
Absolutely! We welcome all levels and will guide you through the movements at your own pace. If you’re

brand new to Pilates, we recommend starting with an Initial Consultation or Beginner class to build confidence and ensure you feel supported.

Do you have introductoy offers for new people?

We love welcoming new clients! Our introductory offers include:

What’s the difference between Private, Duet, and Group classes?

  • Private: One-on-one tailored sessions focused entirely on your goals.

  • Duet: Two clients, semi-private setting, perfect for friends or partners.

  • Group: Small, inclusive classes with personalised attention and a supportive community vibe.

 

Do you offer programs for injury recovery or special conditions?
Yes! We specialise in Pilates for rehabilitation, peri-menopause support, pre/postnatal care, and more. A Private Session is the best place to start so we can customise your program to your needs.

 

How do I book?
Booking is easy! Head to our website, use our booking app (momence), or contact us directly if you’re unsure where to start—we’re here to help.

Where are you located?
You’ll find us at 1/394 Samford Road, Gaythorne QLD 4501, with plenty of parking nearby. We’re a welcoming, inclusive space ready to support your Pilates journey.

Can I do Pilates if I'm pregnant?

Absolutely!!  As we offer Private and Semi-Private sessions we are able to adapt to the changing needs of your body throughout each stage of your pregnancy and can tailor the session to your needs and how you feel on the day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! To help us run smoothly and fairly for all clients, please note our cancellation guidelines:

⏰ 12-Hour Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session or class.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours will result in forfeiture of the class credit and no-shows also incur a $10 fee.

📲 How to Cancel

  • You can cancel your booking via our online booking system.

❤️ Why This Matters
Late cancellations make it difficult for others to take your spot and for us to prepare personalised sessions. This policy ensures fairness for our community and respect for our instructors’ time.

Do you offer corporate/private group bookings?

Absolutely! Send us an email with your requirements and we’ll be able to let you know what times we have available. Cost depends on the size and duration of the booking.  Please email or call for more information.
