Who is the Revitalise program for?
Women aged 35–65 who feel stiff, tired, or out of touch with their body and want to feel strong, supported, and confident again. Many of our clients haven’t exercised in years, dislike the gym, or are managing peri-menopause, injuries, or stress.

I have injuries — can I still join?
Yes. Every program begins with a 1:1 private session where we learn about your history, any injuries, and your goals. From there, our instructors tailor every class to your body. Many women start with back pain, sore joints, or long-term niggles — and notice improvement within weeks.

How many times a week do I need to come?
2–3 sessions per week is ideal. It’s enough to see and feel real changes, without taking over your schedule. We’ll help you book them in advance so the habit sticks.

What’s included in the price?
